Connect With Your Guides - Portland

  • ZenShi Wellness Portland, Oregon (map)

Part experiential journey, part discussion and teaching, “Connect With Your Guides” creates a safe space to connect and develop deeper relationships with your Guides, and learn to communicate more effectively with them.

Join Heather Hawk to experience a meditative journey to connect with your guides, and learn tips, tricks, and solutions to make it easier. Within a relaxing and welcoming space, you’ll be guided through a gentle process to discover the purpose and importance of your Guides, and to bring back messages and gifts they may have for you. You’ll also learn what typically gets in the way of working with Guides, and a diverse set of tools to deepen relationships and communicate more effectively with them. Time will be given to both integrate new information and energy and to process your experiences.
